River City Tournaments will work with the hotels directly to reserve all rooms for teams participating in our events. Please see the hotel reservation process for more information.
Rooming lists must be completed and returned to River City Tournaments no later than twenty-one (21) days before the start of the tournament event. Hotels will be booked on a first come, first served basis after payment is received so register early to reserve the hotel of your choice.
